Display metrology

Electronic displays include all types of optical elements that use light as an interface with humans. They range from standard TVs, monitors, and smartphone displays to highly integrated displays, e.g. in vehicles such as cars, in avionics, or in the public sector, to microdisplays used in AR/VR/XR applications. They include flat, curved, and free-form direct-view displays, virtual, augmented reality, and mixed reality displays, as well as projection-type, self-emitting, and reflective displays. This wide variety is based on many different technologies such as liquid crystals, LED, mini-LED, MicroLED, OLED, (laser) projection, and electrophoretic displays. Of course, all these different types, applications, and technologies require extensive general and specific application or technology-related testing.

TechnoTeam's field-proven products stand for the highest calibration quality and well-thought-out methods that always ensure reproducibility and a high degree of correlation to human perception.
